About us
Our mission is to ensure every child has the essentials they need to thrive.

We provide families in need with crucial baby and children's items including clothing, diapers, formula, baby gear and more. We aim to support the health and development of children, provide a village to moms that may not have one, and ensure children's most basic and critical needs are met during times of crisis.

​We rely on donations and funding from our community to equip local families with the items they so desperately need. Whether brand new or gently used, these items go directly to children who need them most.

Megan Wing
Founder and Executive Director
Megan utilized her decade of working in financial services and extensive volunteer experience to launch Prepared to Thrive. She has a Master's degree in Business Administration. She lives in West Chester PA with her husband and three children.
Becky Birenbaum
Co-Founder and Board President
Becky has spent her career working with at-risk youth in both a social service and education setting. She has a Master's degree in Social Work. Becky lives in Downingtown, PA with her husband and two children.
Carolyn Mason
Program Manager
Carolyn has extensive experience working with at-risk youth as a therapist and case manager. She has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Carolyn lives in West Chester, PA with her husband and two children.
