WHO WE ARE
Prepared to Thrive is a nonprofit organization located in Chester County, PA. We provide families in need with essential baby and children's items including clothing, diapers and gear.
We supply mothers and families with the crucial items they need to give their children a safe, happy and healthy start. We hope to alleviate some of the stress that new mothers without a support system face and help set them up on a successful path to motherhood.

Megan Wing
Executive Director

Megan has 15 years of experience working for corporations and small businesses, and utilized her extensive volunteer experience to launch Prepared to Thrive. She has a Master's degree in Business Administration. She lives in West Chester PA with her husband and three kids.
Becky Birenbaum
Board President

Becky has spent her career working with at-risk youth in both a social service and education setting. She has a Master's degree in Social Work. Becky lives in Downingtown, PA with her husband and two children.
Carolyn Mason
Program Manager

Carolyn has extensive experience working with at-risk youth as a therapist and case manager. She has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Carolyn lives in West Chester, PA with her husband and two children.
